Competitive intelligence only works if it is clean. This page explains exactly what Rivexa processes, on what legal basis, and how anyone can opt out. No legalese where plain language will do.
What Rivexa monitors
Rivexa processes public professional content: posts that founders and key employees of tracked companies publish openly on LinkedIn, YouTube and X, visible to anyone without logging in. We treat these posts as what they are, companies speaking through their public representatives about products, pricing, hiring and strategy.
What Rivexa never touches
- Content behind logins, connection walls or any authentication
- Private accounts, personal accounts and private-life content
- Special categories of data such as health, beliefs or politics, even when posted publicly
- Psychological profiling, sentiment tracking of individuals, or location patterns
- Fake accounts, credentialed scraping or any access that misrepresents who we are
The unit of analysis is the company
Briefs are about competitor companies and markets. A founder's post appears in a brief because it announces a company move, not because of who they are. We do not build profiles of individuals, and brief items always cite the original public post so the context stays attached.
Legal basis
We process this data under legitimate interest for competitive and market analysis, documented in a legitimate-interest assessment, in line with GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and Turkish KVKK Article 5. Public availability does not remove our duties: we apply data minimization, purpose limitation and retention limits. Raw signals are retained for 90 days, then deleted.
Opt-out, in one email
Anyone whose public posts appear in Rivexa can opt out by emailing privacy@rivexa.space. We honor requests within 72 hours: existing data is purged, and the account is added to a permanent suppression list so re-ingestion cannot happen. No forms, no friction, no questions.
Your account data
Customer account data, your email, competitor list and preferences, is used only to run the service. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers or use it to train public models. Delete your account and it is gone within 30 days.
